This understanding is why we offer the ability to place special orders for items not offered in our current inventory.

The Process:
To request pricing and availability of any item please contact us at specialrequests@shedhorn.com or call us at (406) 682-4210.

A Shedhorn representative will review your order upon receipt and contact you to confirm the items, as well as receive deposit payment information. Please anticipate hearing from Shedhorn with 48 hours after emailing us your request.

Order Policy:
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the orders value to be collected at order placement. The balance will be due prior to shipment of the special order.

Note:
Special orders may take additional time to be completed. We will do make every effort to receive the items as soon as we can, but expect at least 2 to 3 weeks.
