Almost all items may be returned within 30 days of the original order shipping date. However, for the safety of our customers and employees, the following items cannot be returned:

• Ammunition
• Software
• Powder
• Primers
• Base layers and undergarments
• Mouth calls

Shedhorn requires any returned or exchanged items be free from misuse or abuse, returned in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any return.

Product Returns:
For product returns please download and print out our Shedhorn Return Form. Please package the items to be returned or exchanged for shipping.  Include the return form inside your package and ship to us via a ground parcel service to the following address:

Upon receipt of the items at our store our team will begin the exchange or return process. All refunds will be issued via the same payment type as original purchase. Note product exchanges not a fault of Shedhorn may be subject to additional shipping and handling fee.

Damaged Merchandise:
In the event upon inspecting your order there is damaged merchandise, immediately notify Shedhorn Sports at the following contacts:

Shedhorn will issue a call tag to have your order returned to us and will issue a refund or exchange of your original order. All refunds will be issued via the same payment type as original purchase.
